Welcome. You must be in the market for a new therapist for yourself or a loved one. What an intimidating and overwhelming process. Take a breath… I’d like to share a bit about myself to help you know if I am the right fit for you or your kid. I live in Conway with my spouse, two children, and our pomeranian-chihuahua named Bear. When I’m not in the office, I love to shop, travel, try unique restaurants, learning about makeup or skincare, and spend time with loved ones. I work to be an authentic, judgment-free, and open-minded therapist. I’ve spent the last few years working in a variety of settings including university, non-profit, school, and private practice. I typically work with clients ages 14 and over. My ideal client is a teen/young adult or new parent dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, or family issues.

My style of counseling is relational, empathic, and sometimes direct when needed. The majority of my experience has been within the trauma space from working at an advocacy center and in community mental healthcare. I have seen firsthand the vulnerability it takes to reach out and ask for professional help with the most painful parts of your life. Building trust isn’t easy when there’s been hurt in the past. Yet, I’ve seen the trusting relationship between therapist and client be one of the best ways to help a client achieve the change they want and deserve.
